CNC Gantry Milling Machine Specifications

 

Spiral type chip conveyor at two sides and palette type chip conveyor at the end provide efficent chip conveying.

The servo motors at all axes are directly coupled to the ballscrews. Highly accurate ballscrew nuts with preload and strong motors with absolute encoders as standart give high accuracy and repitability.

 

There is hydraulic counter balance system ad Z axis in order to archive accurate movement.

The cooling water is fully seperated from the oil. Specially constructed ways at the monoblock bed and special cooling water tank prevent from cooling water quality against decreasing and smelling.

CHAIN TYPE TOOL(ATC) MAGAZINE

High speed chain type ATC magazine is the most convenient type among the other types.There are high quality index motors for storage, finding and bringing the tool. Spindle and its bearings are prevented from damage during tool changing.
 

This machine is designed with PROEngineer CAD program and manufactured on highly accurate CNC machines. Dimension and tolerance control of all parts are performed eith the stationary and portable measurement devies(Mitutoyo 3D).

AUTOMATIC COOLING AND LUBRICATION

The oil cooling at the spindle decreases the thermal stresses and so that the working life of the bearings increases.

ACCURATE SPINDLE

The spindle supported with P4 type bearings, which is accurately grinded and perfectly assemblied,

guarantees the accurate dynamic balance and working quality.

HIGH QUALITY MATERIAL

Spindle shaft and gears made of high strength alloy steel accurately assemblied.
The high power of spindle motor gives high torque 6000 rpm. High speed cutting capacity descreases the

working times and increases the machined surface quality.

LONG NOSE SPINDLE

Speacially designed for deep milling and drilling. This type of spindle gives nonvibrated, strong and stable cutting. Speacially pull stud mechanism prevents spindle damage.
